Older workers the new challenge

Writing in the Sydney Morning Herald Leon Gettler points out the Australian workforce is aging rapidly. It’s a combination of people not wanting to retire for financial reasons of because of personal choice together with a lack of suitable young workers. The good news for older Australians is that there’s plenty of work if you want it, the bad news for employers is the shortage of youngsters.
