According to IT World Canada, one in five younger knowledge workers would trade salary for a more relaxed company IT policy. It seems they’d rather have the chance to make the most of their tech skills than earn extra dollars. This could be a smart move if they have the opportuntiy to learn new technologies and tools placing themsleves ahead of others when it in comes to future jobs. The right kind of experience is as often good as money in the bank, especially when you’re still trying to carve out a name for yourself.
